Heliox Is Now 40 People Strong
We started as a handful of engineers who liked solving unglamorous problems. This month we crossed 40 AI specialists. Here is what that means and what it does not.

I still remember the first project we ever shipped. Three of us, one client, a document pipeline held together with determination and late-night tea. The client did not care how small we were. They cared that the thing worked on Monday morning.
This month, Heliox crossed 40 AI specialists. I wanted to write this down before it becomes normal to us, because to me it still is not.
What 40 people lets us do
It means we can put the right specialist on the right problem instead of the nearest available person. Model training, data engineering, security review, interface design, deployment. Each of these is now someone's whole job here, not a hat someone wears on Thursdays.
- Machine learning engineers who fine-tune models on your data
- Data engineers who make messy company data usable
- Security specialists who try to break what we build before anyone else can
- Designers who make powerful tools feel simple
- Delivery leads who keep projects on the calendar, not just on the roadmap
What has not changed
We still take on a small number of projects at a time. We still measure ourselves on one question: did the client's numbers move? And we still believe the best AI system is the one your team actually uses on a random Tuesday, not the one that looks impressive in a demo.
“Growth is only interesting if the work gets better. Otherwise it is just headcount.”
If you want to work with us, on your project or on our team, the door is open. Write to us and a human will answer.
