Where to Start With AI (When Everyone Is Shouting at You)

Ignore the hype cycle. Three questions that tell you exactly which part of your business AI should touch first.

Three circles stepping upward on a dark background

Every founder I talk to is getting the same pressure from every direction. The board asks about AI strategy. Vendors promise transformation. Twitter says you are already too late. It is a lot of noise, and most of it is selling something.

Here is the framework we actually use with clients. It is three questions, and you can answer them in an afternoon.

Question one: what do people complain about?

Not in surveys. In the kitchen. The task your team jokes about hating is almost always repetitive, rule-based, and morale-draining. That combination is exactly what AI is good at taking over. Complaints are free consulting.

Question two: where does work wait?

Find the queue. Every business has one: unanswered emails, unprocessed forms, unreviewed applications. Where work piles up, a bottleneck lives, and bottlenecks are where automation pays fastest because every hour saved flows through the whole system.

Question three: what decision needs data you never have time to read?

Pricing, staffing, inventory, risk. Somewhere in your business is a decision made on gut feeling because reading the relevant data would take a week. AI reads it in minutes. Same decision, better information, same decision-maker.

You do not need an AI strategy. You need one AI project that works, and then another.

Answer the three questions, pick the overlap, and start there. And if you want a second pair of eyes, that is literally what our free calls are for.
